Series production –
stable processes for
ready-to-install components
We manufacture series parts automatically using clear process logic – from small series to established series with plannable call-offs. Our core business is 5-axis series parts on modern machining centres with economical process chains – also for medium-sized/large milled parts. The result: reproducible quality, reliable delivery dates and ready-to-install components that can be incorporated into your assembly without reworking.
We check feasibility, cycle time and ramp-up.

Series production
Small series & Series production start-up
We start with sample series or prototypes, optimise cycle times, stabilise parameters and define measurement strategies and intervals. Test plans, set-up and clamping concepts, and reference characteristics are defined to ensure a seamless transition to larger batches – with scalable quantities.
5-axis series parts – efficient and repeatable
With 5-axis strategies, we reduce re-clamping, shorten machining times and increase repeat accuracy in high-precision 5-sided machining. Free-form surfaces, angled bores, undercuts and functionally critical, positionally accurate fits are manufactured reliably – ideal for series production situations with constant and often high quality requirements.

component sizes
The smallest components weigh less than 1 gram and are often highly complex. Robot-automated, high-precision 5-sided machining enables tight tolerances in the range of a few µm to be reproduced in series production.
For medium-sized/large milled parts, we rely on thermally stable processes and simulated or collision-tested tool paths in addition to standardised clamping devices. Multiple clamping is carried out using defined reference surfaces, ensuring that shape and position values remain stable even for large-volume components. Visible surfaces, sealing surfaces and edge logic are an integral part of the process description.
- 24/7 series production with a high degree of automation
- Flexible quantities – from small to medium series
- Materials from aluminium to titanium, including special alloys & plastics
- Process reliability & Repeatability at ISO 9001-level
- Warehousing according to framework agreement or Kanban
- Proven collaboration with OEMs & Tier 1 suppliers
- OEM manufacturing of special parts & assemblies
Quality, single-variety
production & traceability
On request, single-variety production ensures that batches, drawing statuses and material allocations remain clearly separated. We check critical dimensions tactilely/visually according to the test plan; on request, we provide measurement reports, material/batch certificates and markings. Traceability (e.g. batch/serial number, QR/data matrix) is available – from goods receipt to dispatch.

Ready-to-install components: finish, ease of installation, packaging
We supply ready-to-install components including defined edge profiles, threads, mating surfaces and special surface finishes. Optionally, we integrate purchased and standard parts and take over coordinated assembly steps from our customers to streamline their processes.
Post-processing Cast parts,
Die-cast parts & MIM parts
We take care of the finishing of tool-drop parts such as MIM parts (metal injection moulding); die-cast parts, sand-cast parts: milling flat/fitting surfaces, producing bores/functional seats, defining milling contours, removing burrs/sprue residues and producing functionally relevant surfaces. The aim is the economical transformation from raw part to functional series part – with stable cycle times and documented quality.

FAQ Series production
How do you start the series?
After sample series, zero series for parameter stabilisation, followed by scaled batches with constant cycle times.
Are series parts 5-axis process-reliable?
Yes – reduced transformations, defined references and tested characteristics ensure repeatability.
What component sizes are possible?
We manufacture precision CNC components using processes such as turning, milling, grinding and eroding. The range extends from micro parts to medium-sized/large milled parts. We often combine a wide variety of manufacturing processes for efficient production. We clarify details based on your drawings or CAD data.
Do you supply ready-to-install components?
Yes – including finishing, labelling and packaging in accordance with your logistical requirements.
Do you handle the finishing of raw parts?
Yes – sand/die casting and MIM blanks are processed by us in a reliable manner including. downstream assembly steps and surface coatings up to the series part.
