OEM solutions – assembly expertise as an extended workbench
As an experienced partner for OEM solutions, we supply OEM assemblies and system assemblies in reproducible quality – from prototypes and pre-series to stable series production. We act as an extended workbench and engineering service provider, offering development, industrialisation, procurement, mechanical manufacturing, assembly, testing and logistics from a single source. This allows you to shorten your time to market, reduce interface risks and ensure reliable delivery dates.

Service profile: OEM assemblies & system assemblies
Engineering service provider – from development to industrialisation
We provide support for design, DFM and component optimisation (e.g. wall thicknesses, fits, sealing concepts). For series production launches, we define test plans, assembly sequences, auxiliary equipment and test equipment. Change management, initial sample/approval processes and supplier auditing are also included on request.
Quality, traceability & documentation
Specifications are mapped in test plans. We check critical dimensions/functions tactilely/visually/functionally and document the results in measurement and test reports. Every batch is traceable; if required, with serial number/QR code, material certificates and clear handover documentation.
We prepare a robust offer with a realistic ramp-up.
Component & Assembly examples
Sensor housing & optics holder
We manufacture sensor housings precisely and functionally, with defined sealing surfaces, EMC-compliant systems and clean internal geometry. Optical holders are manufactured with low tension and precisely referenced reference surfaces – for stable alignment and repeatable assembly in the module.

Galvo holder & mirror holder
For dynamic optical systems, we manufacture galvo holders and mirror holders with high dimensional and positional accuracy and excellent surface quality in the functional areas. Threaded inserts, fitting bores and finely machined mirror mounts can be manufactured reproducibly – including defined edges and low-particle surfaces.
Workpiece carriers & goods carriers
We develop robust workpiece carriers and goods carriers based on process and parts logic. Features: safe handling, defined contact points, protection of functional surfaces, ESD/clean room suitability on request. Labelling and colour/shape are tailored to your material flow.

UHV expertise:
UHV flanges & UHV seals
For vacuum and UHV applications, we supply mechanically precise UHV flanges and matching UHV seals. Focus: sealing surface quality, burr-free surfaces, suitable materials, reproducible surfaces and controlled cleaning. On request, we document surface roughness and provide material/process-related evidence.
Cleanroom-compatible assemblies: assembly and packaging
We assemble cleanroom-compatible assemblies using adapted processes. These include low-particle processing, cleaned components, suitable auxiliary and packaging materials, a controlled environment and labelling/packaging in accordance with specifications. The aim is to ensure a safe start to validated processes at the OEM – with clear evidence.
Process chain & Delivery model
We integrate ourselves into your supply chain with clear responsibilities:
- Procurement & Supplier Management: Production-ready purchased parts/standard parts
- Manufacturing: CNC machining, machining difficult alloys, surface/heat treatment via qualified partners
- Assembly & testing: Individual/subassembly assembly, functional testing, end-of-line testing
- Logistics: Kanban, framework agreements, buffer stocks, scheduled call-offs
- Change management: controlled ECN/ECR handling with faster implementation
This gives you a scalable extended workbench model – transparent, documented and auditable.
We prepare a robust offer with a realistic ramp-up.
