Toolmaking for series production and quality – from mould making to follow-up assembly
As an experienced partner in toolmaking, we accompany you from the initial idea to stable series production. Whether mould making, pressing tools, punching tools or forming tools – we produce durable, maintenance-friendly tools with high dimensional accuracy. In addition, we manufacture and service active parts for fine blanking tools, press hardening/hot forming tools, blow moulds/blow moulded parts and progressive tools. Our claim: fast start-up curves, reproducible quality and reliable deadlines.
We will check feasibility and get back to you shortly.

Toolmaking – Expertise at a glance
mould making
We develop and manufacture precision injection moulds for technical plastic parts. With well-thought-out temperature control and demoulding concepts, optimised gates and robust surfaces, we achieve stable cycles and high surface quality.
Pressing tools, Punching tools,
Forming tools
From prototypes to series production tools: we design and build tools for punching, bending and forming – including strip feeders, pilot slots, hold-down devices and guide concepts. Robust design, maintenance-friendly assemblies, based on standard parts.
precision cutting tools
For cut surfaces in visible quality and tight tolerances we design we a8> fine blanking tools with high rigidity, ideal for demanding functional - and structural parts.
Press hardening tool,
Hot forming tools
Thermally resilient tools for hot forming processes with powerful temperature control and wear-resistant design – for high-strength components with low distortion.

Blow moulding/Blow moulded parts
Blow moulding for hollow bodies and complex geometries: clean parting edges, homogeneous wall thickness, integrated venting. We also provide support with part optimisation (blow-moulded parts).

Progressive tools (parts/service)
Layout, cutting sequence, deburring, thread forming – we supply progressive moulds including parts manufacturing and service (maintenance, spare parts, short-term modifications).
We prepare a robust offer with a realistic ramp-up.
Process chain: From DFM to to series production readiness
Even before tool construction, we check components for manufacturability (DFM) and suggest optimisations (radii, draft angles, binding seams, parting lines). On request, we provide support with filling and forming simulations. Tool design follows clear standards (standard parts, interchangeable inserts, defined references). After production, we sample the tool (e.g. FOT/first part) and deliver measurement reports – right up to series approval. We implement changes quickly without jeopardising the schedule.

Manufacturing technologies & capacities
We combine 5-axis/HSC milling, wire erosion, die sinking, hard machining and polishing to create an efficient process chain. Precise clamping systems and consistent CAM processes ensure repeat accuracy – even for complex mould inserts, cutting dies and guide plates. We machine larger components in several clamping operations with clear reference strategies. We use suitable materials (e.g. tool steels, carbide) and coatings for areas subject to wear.
Quality assurance & Documentation
Quality is measurable: we check functionally critical geometries tactilely/optically and document the results in measurement reports. On request, you will receive initial sample documentation (e.g. according to customer-specific templates). The aim is to achieve a robust, maintenance-friendly tool design with stable process windows and low unit costs in series production.

Industries & Use cases
Our toolmaking division serves the mechanical engineering, medical technology, electrical/electronics and consumer goods industries, among others. Typical requirements include high dimensional accuracy, clean cutting edges, repeatable cutting quality, polished cavities, defined surfaces and fast modification services – for short time-to-market and long-term delivery capability.
Service: Modifications, Maintenance, Spare parts
We see tools as an investment over their entire life cycle. That is why we offer modification, maintenance and repair services – including spare parts production (e.g. cutting punches, guide bushings, mould inserts). This ensures that your tools remain available and reliable – even with product updates or increasing quantities.

FAQ Toolmaking
How quickly can an initial appointment be arranged?
Usually at short notice; we check your CAD/drawing data and provide a clear recommendation for the tool design.

Standard CAD and drawing formats (STEP/IGES/PDF/DXF); others available on request.
Do you undertake parts production using progressive moulds?
Yes – including setup, sampling, series support and spare parts service.
Is it possible to make changes to existing tools?
Yes, we carry out modifications, repairs and optimisation measures and document the adjustments.
How do you ensure quality?
With defined measuring points, measurement reports and stable process windows – tailored to your release logic.
