5-axis CNC milling – precise, efficient, ready for series production
We manufacture precision parts and complex milled parts with high dimensional accuracy – from prototypes to series production. The core of our service is CNC milling on modern 5-axis machines, including 5-axis simultaneous machining for efficient strategies, perfect surfaces and stable process times. We also operate a CNC turning shop for CNC turning and combined turning-milling processes. The result: short throughput times, reliable repeat accuracy and components that work immediately in the next process step.
We will check feasibility and get back to you shortly.
Service profile
CNC milling & 5-axis
5-axis milling &
5-axis simultaneous machining
Full 5-axis kinematics enables collision-free strategies, constant tool positioning and outstanding shape/position accuracy. We machine free-form surfaces, deep cavities, undercuts and angled bores in simultaneous mode with minimal re-clamping.
CNC turning shop & turned and milled parts
We manufacture precision turned parts for rotationally symmetrical geometries. Using driven tools and a counter spindle, we produce turned and milled parts in a single clamping operation – with precise axial runout, defined edges and functional threads/seats.
Component range:
Miniature to XL/XXL milled parts
From miniature milled parts with intricate details to XL/XXL milled parts with high machining volumes – we dimension clamping devices, tools and strategies accordingly. Thermal stability and reference points ensure dimensional accuracy over multiple clamping operations. Edge preparation, deburring and defined surfaces (e.g. sealing surfaces) are part of the process.
Typical requirements: Fits and seals, dimensionally accurate reference surfaces, smooth visible surfaces, functional microgeometries.

Materials & Hard machining
We specialise in difficult-to-machine alloys:
-
Titanium machining for high-strength, lightweight components
-
Inconel machining and Hastelloy machining for high-temperature-resistant components
-
Invar machining and Kovar machining for dimensionally stable/near-ultra-high vacuum applications
-
Machining hardened parts (customised strategies, hard milling/finishing)
-
Carbide erode (wire erosion/die sinking), if machining is not economical is
Tool selection, cutting data and cooling concepts are adapted by us for each material. This results in reproducible surfaces and tight tolerances – even for complex geometries.
Quality & verification: Tolerance 1–5 µm
Depending on the component, material and process step we achieve tolerance ranges of 1–5 µm.
Central measures:
- Stable clamping concepts, defined reference surfaces, temperature control
- Process-compatible CAM strategies and tool management
- tactile/optical measurement of relevant dimensions with documented measurement report
Upon request we deliver initial samples or approval documentation according to your specifications. approval documentation in accordance with your specifications. Traceability via batches/programmes is guaranteed.

Process chain & Technologies
From DFM notes to CAM to the final inspection you receive a consistent process chain:
-
DFM: Feasibility check (radii, wall thicknesses, tool accessibility)
-
CAM: 3D strategies for 5-axis milling/5 axes simultaneous machining
-
Machining: CNC milling, CNC turning, combined turned and milled parts
-
Eroding: Carbide eroding, fine contours/cutting edges
-
Finish: Deburring, lapping/polishing, defined roughness
-
QS: Measuring points, Measurement reports, Packaging in accordance with specifications
Applications: UHV components & cleanroom-compatible components
For UHV components, we pay attention to material- and process-related cleanliness, reproducible surfaces and suitable edge conditions. We supply cleanroom-compatible components – depending on requirements – cleaned, packaged free of particles and with defined labelling. We coordinate media/material compatibility and freedom from burrs with your design department.
