Like many renowned companies, Bonsack outsources some of its programming tasks in order to increase the throughput of production orders at the machining centres and to minimize idle times.
Growing demand and the need for further measures to increase productivity have induced us to expand our existing SURFCAM and Tebis systems and to integrate another new system as well. Tool components will from now on be programmed in Tebis 3.5 instead of 3.4, while other parts will now be programmed in SURFCAM Velocity 5.1.
For this, we have expanded our system by one 2D programming station, which was also necessary following staff increases.
