Our manufacturing possibilities are based on a state-of-the-art CNC machinery (milling, turning, grinding, wire- and plunge EDM). Over the years collected experience in the machining of special material and an extensive material storage provide an optimal starting point for the manufacturing of high quality products at very short notice.
The quality is guaranteed by a certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as an extensive test laboratory with several 3D coordinate measuring machines by Carl Zeiss. The storage of finished goods according to the Kanban system or framework contracts ensures for our customers even shorter and more flexible response times for forthcoming demands without weakening the company’s liquidity.

Task:
Production Technology optics
For the prototype of a newly-developed optical unit a sample series of 25 different components is to be manufactured within shortest period. The drawing parts have never been manufactured before in this version. The feasibility is to be guaranteed by a prior common process analyses.
