Toolmaking
Due to our long range experience in tool- and mould making we offer our customers a reliable partnership when it comes to the manufacturing of single components and assemblies for their tools. Quality and adherence to schedules are top priority. Our core competences are in the fields of pressing and shaping, cutting and hot shaping as well as punching and fine-blanking tooling.
Owing to our high production depth and extensive supplier network we can offer our customers even complete manufacturing including purchasing and procurement of standard components and the assembly all as a one-stop shop.
Production of Precision Parts
Our manufacturing possibilities are based on a state-of-the-art CNC machinery (milling, turning, grinding, wire- and plunge EDM). Over the years collected experience in the machining of special material and an extensive material storage provide an optimal starting point for the manufacturing of high quality products at very short notice.
The quality is guaranteed by a certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as an extensive test laboratory with several 3D coordinate measuring machines by Carl Zeiss. The storage of finished goods according to the Kanban system or framework contracts ensures for our customers even shorter and more flexible response times for forthcoming demands without weakening the company’s liquidity.
