We would like to inform you today that Bonsack Präzisionstechnik GmbH can from May 2016 on support you even more comprehensively at the manufacturing of your products. Currently we manufacture small parts which are often smaller than the well-known 1 Cent coin. In the larger CNC area for milling we were until now limited to a part size of max. 1,080 mm length.
From May 2nd on our portfolio will be expanded with a capacity of monthly 330 manufacturing hours at a Universal Machining Center DMU 210 P by DMG-Mori.
In the future we will be able to manufacture parts from 2 to 2,100 mm length in our usual high competence and very economically.
Let me just summarize the most important features of our new machine:
- max. part weight of up to 8,000 kg
- travels X 1,800 mm x Y 2,100 mm x Z 1,250 mm
- free collision circle diameter 1,850 mm
