With immediate effect we are looking for a CNC-milling specialist (m/f). We are a dynamically growing business with headquarters in Brotterode. Our strengths are the creation of automation solutions, tool components as well as precision parts for the electric, automotive and medical technology as well as the precision- and micro mechanic.

 

Your tasks include:

  • independent programming and setup of 3- and 5 axes machining centres
  • autonomous manufacturing of single parts
  • quality control, maintenance works

Your qualifications:

  • appropriate training in the metal business (ideally toolmaker, chipper,)
  • knowledge and experience in controlling Heidenhain iTNC530 and / or MillPlus
  • job experience of at least 5 years (no retrainees from unrelated occupational groups)

Working hours:

40 hours, 2-shift-system

Your tasks include:

  • independent programming and setup of cycle-running 2.5 axes drilling and milling machines
  • autonomous manufacturing of single parts
  • quality control, maintenance works

Your qualifications

  • appropriate training in the metal business(ideally toolmaker / chipper
  • profound experience in technological view (face milling / peripheral milling, drilling, reaming, spindling, threat cutting)
  • experience in operating contouring controls as well as with simple machining cycles
  • job experience of at least 5 years (no retrainees from unrelated occupational groups)

Working hours: 40 hours, 2-shift-system

Our strengths are the creation of automation solutions, tool components as well as precision parts for the electric, automotive and medical technology as well as the precision- and micro mechanic.

 

Your tasks include:

  • independent determination of setup situations, tools and machining strategies
  • smaller design adjustments for components to be programmed, if the machining strategy makes it necessary
  • complete programming of 2.5D components, 3+2 axes machining as well as 3D freeforms

Your qualifications:

  • comprehensive knowledge in Surfcam and / or TEBIS
  • appropriate training in the metal business (toolmaker, chipper, technician)
  • long-term and profound practical experience in CNC milling
  • knowledge and experience in controlling Heidenhain iTNC530 and / or MillPlus of advantage

Working hours:

40 hours, normal shift system with one late shift per month
